“X” Guest Designer Project for the Splashy Mix Challenge Blog

Hello and welcome back. Today I am very excited to share with you that I have been asked to Guest Design for the fabulous Splashy Mix Challenges. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for this fabulous opportunity and invitation.
So without further ado, I would like to share with you the moodboard for this month. See for yourself below…..stunning isn’t it?
Looking to the gorgeous Splashy Mix Challenge moodboard for inspiration, I couldn’t go past the the pastel colours of the ice cream cone. That was my inspiration from the moodboard.

And this is where it took me. I have titled this project “X”.

For this project I have used 4 differing sized flat based canvases and used
these as my starting point. Using layers of 49andMarket papers and flowers, Dusty Attic chipboards, Prima Marketing moulds and lots of medias including crackle and modeling
pastes along with pigment powders, I created an elegant project based around a photo of my daughter at her graduation.
This I will adorn on our walls in our house always.

Thankyou for popping by. Until next time take care and happy crafting.
