All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.


Personal Information, such as your contact details, that you provide to us during the order process will be kept and used by us for the purpose of processing your order in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Availability of goods

You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, Tina Marie will endeavour to either source the goods, or contact you within five business days to either make further arrangements.


Tina Marie – forever&always uses Pack and Send Couriers to deliver your goods in Australia and Overseas. You agree to your details including your delivery address to be supplied to the delivery agent for the purpose of delivering your goods. We will not be held responsible for any “lost” in Domestic Courier Services. If you are concerned about a lost shipment, please choose Warranty with Pack and Send or send an email at Contact Us. The standard warranty charges with Pack and Send is 2% of your total order plus courier charges.


Our policy is strictly 14 days. If this time has lapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. We do not offer refunds on sale items.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.
